Rules & Regulation
Permitted weapons in official tournament
- All participants are only allowed use of all weapons and equipments found in specified accounts for the event.
- Players are not allowed to use shop/ item malls during the tournament and preparation.
- Players need to double check their primary weapon, secondary weapon,
etc, slots setting and graphics settings before the start of a match. - In the event of equipment malfunction during the match procedure,
the player affected is to raise his/her hand to inform the Game Marshal. - During tournament, CiB Net Station will provide tournament account for each player.
Players are not allowed to use their personal account during tournament. - All types of crosshair are allowed.

Side Tournament will be Free-For-All to join. Participants will be able to do a walk-in registration on Friday (13 January, 2012). However, it will be based on "First come, First serve" basis.

Chat
- Usage of vulgarity, taunting, showing of offensive sign & language are strictly prohibited.
Any usages of any abusive language were prohibited. - During the tournament, when player’s game character was killed by other players, they are not allowed to speak with their teammate or inform their teammate where the enemy was.
- During the tournament only team leaders can use "all messages" chatting channel, applicable even after "death". If other members were to use public gaming channels, they will be considered as violating the rules.
- During the tournament, other members are only allowed to use "team messages" chatting channel.
- 3rd party communication tools and software are NOT ALLOWED. (Example; Skype, MSN Messenger & etc)
Punctuality
- All team members must be report in a team at least 30 minutes before the tournament started
If the latecomers still do not show when their match is called or 15 minute later according to the schedule, they will be declared absent and the match declared a walkover. The opposing team will proceed to the next stage of competition.
Disconnections
- If disconnections, crashes, or unexpected game crashes were to happen during team battles, the player will be allowed to re-enter the game within 2 minutes. Please re-enter the game on one's own and that the game will not be paused. If the mentioned player is unable to re-enter within 2 minutes, then the points at the time will be recorded by the judges.
- The game shall continue from the previous points once the participant successfully re-enters the game.
If disconnections, crashes, or unexpected game crashes were to happen during live events, the game continues, and the player faced with such difficulties can participate in the next round.
Violation of using bug
- Usages of known bugs in the game to gain advantage are prohibited. If an unknown bug shows up in the game during tournament, the players may ask the organizers to stop the game. The organizers will then decide either to restart or continue the game. Unknown bug found due to boosting or stacking will result in a warning point. If offense is repeated whole team will be disqualification.
If all team members were rendered unable to compete due to any unintentional and unforeseen reasons, like server down, the points accumulated during that round will be cancelled and an extra round will be added.
Gaming Equipment
- Players are allowed to set the screen lightness, screen resolution and mouse sensitivity settings.
Any other changes to the PC hardware are not allowed without the consent of the Event Marshall. If any glitches were happened to the hardware provided by the organizer during tournament causing the tournament to be unable to proceed smoothly, the participants should inform the judges immediately to pause the tournament. Any decisions thereafter will be determined by the judges according to specific circumstances.
Substitution
- Participant is missing in action or uncomfortable; substitution is not allowed from the other team. Tournament is unable to proceed smoothly due to personal reasons from the participants (e.g. Physical condition), the committee will not be deemed responsible and the participant in question shall be disqualified.
2 out of 5 major players absent from the tournament, the team consider forfeit for the match
Penalty
- Failure to comply the rules and regulation will result in disqualify.
- Game Marshal's decision is final.
- A team will be disqualified from the tournaments if said team were to be issued two warnings on violation of rules
- This event is organized by CiB Net Station. All decisions made by the organizer are final. Rules and regulations are subject to change by the organizer at any time without prior notice.
